What we collect

The access tokens each platform issues, an account identifier, and order information (track count and amount). We never collect passwords, and transfer history is stored only in your browser — never on our servers.

Why we use it

Only to run the transfers you ask for, process payment, diagnose errors, and answer your questions.

How long we keep it

Track data for a transfer is deleted as soon as the job finishes. Access tokens are destroyed when you disconnect. Payment records are kept for as long as applicable law requires.

Sharing with third parties

Apart from calling the APIs of the music services you yourself chose as a destination, we do not share your information with anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You may refuse them in your browser, though some features will stop working.

Your rights

You can disconnect an account, or ask us to show or delete your data, at any time. Use the contact page.

About our use of YouTube API Services

This service uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube account, here is exactly what happens.

What we access
Your list of YouTube playlists and the items in them (title, channel name, video ID), your liked videos, and your channel display name.
What we collect and store
Only the access and refresh tokens Google issues, kept in an encrypted httpOnly cookie. Playlist and track data is discarded the moment a transfer finishes and is never stored on our servers.
Why we use it
Solely to move the playlists you selected to another music service, or to build a share link or backup file.
Third-party sharing
Nothing is shared with any third party, other than calling the API of a music service you chose as the destination yourself. We never use it for advertising or analytics.
How to disconnect
You can disconnect at any time from the My settings screen, and the tokens are destroyed immediately. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account.
