Songport

Terms of service

24 August 2026

1. About the service

Songport helps you move playlist data between the music streaming accounts you already own, turn it into a share link, or download it as a backup file. It only performs one-time transfers and does not offer automatic syncing. We never store or distribute audio files, and we operate strictly within the official APIs each platform provides.

2. Accounts and permissions

To run a transfer you must grant access yourself on each platform. The permissions we request are limited to reading and writing playlists, and you can revoke them at any time from either the platform or your Songport settings.

3. Pricing and refunds

Charges are per transfer. Up to 500 tracks is free; 501-1,000 tracks, 1,001-5,000 tracks and 5,001 or more tracks are priced per the pricing page. The amount is fixed before the transfer starts, based on the number of tracks you selected. There is no subscription or auto-renewal. If a transfer never starts, the payment is refunded in full.

4. About matching accuracy

Catalogues and track naming differ between platforms, so we cannot guarantee that every track will match. Tracks that fail to match are listed on the results screen and can be downloaded.

5. Prohibited use

Do not send bulk automated requests, use someone else's account without permission, or reverse-engineer or resell the service.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for reduced functionality caused by policy changes or API shutdowns on the streaming platforms we integrate with.
